When do customers get their charging offer?
On the day of vehicle hand over, customers will be provided with instructions for redeeming their choice of charging offer with our partners. The Type 2 charging cable will be included in your new Polestar 2 EV.
Who is providing the Home Charger Package?
The home charging offer is provided by myenergi.
What is included in the standard installation?
The standard installation (single phase) is intended to cover the majority of houses in Australia. Apartments are not included in the standard package given the wide range of complexities, but you can contact myenergi to discuss any extra requirements. A full list of inclusions and exclusions can be found on the terms and conditions page.
How do customers claim the Home Charging offer?
The handover specialist will complete a request form on the day of handover, and the customer will be contacted by myenergi within 48 hours of hand over.
Who is providing the Public Charging subscription?
The public charging offer is provided by Evie Networks and is valid for 36 months from the date it is redeemed. It will be supplied as a code that you can redeem on their website. You will receive this at the same time as your vehicle handover is booked.

*Charging Offer applies to new model year 2023 Polestar 2 cars ordered between 01.06.2023 and 30.06.2023 (unless stock runs out earlier or offer is extended) and also applies to active orders of Polestar 2 which have yet to take delivery. The order must be placed within the stated promotion period and applies to the model year 2023 Polestar 2. You must accept the home charging or public charging supplier’s terms & conditions as a condition of receiving the Charging Offer.
*The complimentary EV charging offer (Offer) provides a free 12 month subscription to service provider Evie Networks allowing up to 2,000 kWh of free charging. It is available to Pepper Money customers who have settled a loan to purchase an electric vehicle (EV). Offer must be activated within 30 days of the date the loan is settled and is subject to terms and conditions. After the 12 months or 2000 kWh charging limit has been reached, the cost of EV charging will revert to the Recommended Retail Price current at that time and subject to change. If you activate the Offer, Evie Networks will be the service provider for the free EV charging offer and will handle all technical enquiries, complaints and servicing.
