In his third year at Tennant Creek, Aaron is a dedicated Shift Sergeant who’s about to hit the one-year mark in his role, after 11 years as a detective. With his background, he’s well-versed in the intricacies of law enforcement and he’s found a fresh challenge and satisfaction in his current position.
What Aaron loves most about his job is the opportunity to share his wealth of experience with junior officers. His long tenure in the field means he has valuable insights and knowledge to pass on, making mentoring a highlight of his role. Outside of work, Aaron and his family live a life that’s all about making the most of their time together. With a demanding work schedule that often includes overtime shifts, the family’s downtime is precious. When they do get a break, it’s dedicated to spending quality time with the kids.
